Event application

Use this service to make an application to hold an event.

Before you start you will need:

• details about the event site
• road closures
• vehicles and parking at the event
• health and safety information
• noise control plans
• licensing information (for things like food, drink, music, raffles, lotteries, street collections)
• your plans to make your event environmentally friendly
• supporting documents ready to upload - event management plan, site plan, risk assessment, road closure plan (if applicable)

If you are planning to serve food and drink at your event:

• please ensure you are aware of the government legislation that bans the use of single use plastics in food containers, utensils and straws.
