Use this service to request a licence to run outdoor classes and activities

You need to complete a separate form for each location you want to run outdoor classes or activities

Before you start you will need:

• details of the site you want to use
• dates and times the class or activity will take place
• health and safety arrangements

You will also need to upload these documents with your application:

• insurance document
• risk assessment
• management plan for the sessions
• certificate showing your qualifications

Using this service will take 30 minutes.
