Report a missed bin

Use this service to tell us if we have missed a bin collection.

You can report a missed bin up to 2 days after the collection date. For example, if your bin was due to be collected on Monday 6th March 2023, the last day you can report the missed collection is Wednesday 8th March 2023.

As we introduce new waste collection rounds, some collections may take a little longer than usual while our crews get used to the changes.

If your bin is missed, please wait until your next scheduled collection where possible. Only report a missed collection if the bin is full and causing a hygiene issue, or if it has been missed more than once.

Due to high demand, missed collections are currently completed within 3–4 working days.

We are closely monitoring the service and thank you for your patience during this period.
