Notification of a death

Use this service to notify us that someone has died

Before you start you will need:

• name and address of the person who has died
• date of death
• name and address of the person dealing with their affairs
• details of anyone else still living in the property
• details of ownership/landlord of the property
• details of what will happen to the property if it is now empty

Using this service will take 10 minutes.
