Use this service to set up a direct debit to pay arrears of Council Tax, Business Rates or a Housing Benefit overpayment.

If your bank or building society account needs multiple signatures you will not be able to use this form. Please call us on 01903 737752 for advice.

Before you start you will need:

• the reference number for the account you want to pay
• your bank or building society details
• an email address.
• a contact phone number. We will use this to contact you if we have a query about your request.
