Use this service to request personal information held by Arun District Council

Before you start you will need:

If you are requesting information for someone else:

• proof of your identity. For example, a birth certificate, passport or driving licence
• written authority to act on their behalf. This could be a letter signed by them or an official document such as a Power of Attorney

If you are requesting information for yourself:

• proof of your identity. We may be able to identify you from information already held in our records. If we cannot, you will need to provide proof, such as a birth certificate, passport or driving licence. There is the option to upload your identification with this form which will help us to respond more quickly.
