Use this service to make a request to improve or alter your council home

Before you start you will need:

• an email address and contact phone number
• full details of the improvements or alterations you would like to make
• plans or photos of the areas work will be undertaken
• planning and/or building consent references if applicable

If you are using a contractor or tradesperson we will need their:

• name, registered address and contact details
• public liability insurance
• employee liability insurance
• contractor qualification certificates
• trade membership of any professional groups or organisations

If you do not have these yet you can still make an application. However, we will not be able to make a decision until all certificates have been provided.
