Use this service to tell us about anti-social behaviour or a hate incident in your neighbourhood.

Before you start you will need:

• details of the incident

You do not have to provide your personal details to complete the form. However, if you do not provide these we will not be able to contact you for more information or evidence. This means that any action we take will be very limited.

If you are happy to provide your details we will ask for your:

• full name, email address and contact phone number
• address

Please do not use this form if you are a housing association tenant. You should report incidents directly to your housing association.
