Pay to register converted properties

Use this service to register converted properties. There is a fee of £30 to register each new dwelling.

Before you start you will need:

• a credit or debit card (we do not accept American Express)
• the postcode and address for the dwelling
• an email address to send the confirmation to
• copies of the site layout, floor plans and vehicle and pedestrian access to attach (we only accept PDFs and JPGs)
• your email address if you would like a copy of the receipt

Making a payment takes around 5 minutes.
