Land drainage byelaw consent

Use this service to make an application to undertake works regulated by Arun District Council's Land Drainage Byelaws 2004.

Before you start you will need:

• contact phone number and email address
• your company registration details, if you are making the application as a company
• the location of the site and national grid reference (to 12 figures)

You will also need to upload the following plans:

• a location plan based on an Ordnance Survey map.
• drawings showing the existing site and your proposals
• environmental or ecological reports, where applicable
• a method statement for any temporary works, where applicable
