Asset of community value

Use this service to nominate an asset of community value

Before you start you will need:

• a contact telephone number and email address
• the owner's name and address
• your registration number if you are a charity, a company limited guarantee, a community benefit society or a community interest company
• evidence of the company's eligibility to nominate such as the constitution, Terms of Reference
• a location plan of the asset. The plan needs to be to scale showing boundaries edged red, such as by providing Land Registry Title Register and Title Plan (up-to-date office copies) or a plan showing OS co-ordinates, road names, land marks etc
• evidence of the use of the asset to further social wellbeing or the local interests of the community. For example, testimonials, advertisements, lists of clubs/groups using facilities and the frequency of use, photographs
