Discount due to being a youth trainee

Use this service to apply for Council Tax discount when training as a youth trainee

Before you start you will need:

• a contact telephone number
• the name and address (including the postcode) of the training agency
• the start and end dates of the training scheme
• a copy of the training plan - you will need to attach it to this application

A youth trainee will need to be training with either:

• the Skills Funding Agency
• the Young Peoples Learning Agency
