Use this service to apply for discount where a property needs major repair or structural alteration

Before you start you will need:

• details of work being undertaken
• date furniture was removed (unless the works are due to a major crisis like fire or flood)
• copies of invoices, receipts and photographs if the work is already complete
• the address where you are living whilst the work is being carried out
• a contact telephone number
• if the works are due to a major crisis like a fire or flood you will need to attach a copy of your insurance policy
