Weekly Wellbeing & Friendship Group
A warm, welcoming and supportive space to enjoy friendship, conversation, meaningful activities and companionship.
Our group welcomes people living with dementia, memory difficulties, Parkinson's, brain injury or other neurological conditions, as well as anyone feeling lonely, isolated or simply looking for friendly company.
Enjoy refreshments, friendly conversation, cognitive activities, games, singing, gentle exercise, art and craft, all in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Families and carers are always warmly welcome.
