Scope of Works

The tree in question is a large lime tree located at the front side of the property, previously maintained by us approximately four years ago.

We propose to re-prune the tree back to the historic pruning points in order to:
	•	Maintain its overall size
	•	Support the tree’s ongoing good health
	•	Reduce wind load and thereby lower the risk of structural failure

The works will include a canopy reduction of approximately 3 metres in height and 2.5 metres in lateral spread, carried out in line with good arboricultural practice to create a balanced, healthy crown.
