| Proposal | Non material amendment following the grant of AL/113/21/OUT for the re-wording of condition 18 to read as follows: Prior to the commencement of construction works details of a proposed foul drainage system shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Environment Agency, Portsmouth Water and Southern Water (including details of its siting, design and subsequent management/maintenance) and no dwelling shall be occupied until works for the disposal of sewage have been fully implemented in accordance with the approved details.
No dwelling shall be occupied until a phasing plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority to ensure that the occupation of the site aligns with the delivery by Southern Water of any sewerage network reinforcement required, to ensure that appropriate waste water network capacity is available to adequately drain the development or that appropriate temporary measures are approved and implemented in the interim period if necessary. Where a phasing plan is agreed no occupation of dwellings shall take place other than in accordance with the agreed phasing plan unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. |
