| Proposal | Non-material amendment following grant of A/219/17/PL to:-
1 - to remove the galvanised steel flues however all chimneys will remain but non-functional, with traditional masonry flues (pots), 2 - roof tiles shown as clay pantiles will be changed to concrete pantiles while providing the same overall appearance, 3 - roof tiles to be artificial Slate providing the same overall appearance, 4 - rainwater goods to be black PVCu with cast Iron effect, 5 - windows to be PVCu white providing the same overall appearance, 6 - front doors to be GRP composite PAS24 while providing the same overall appearance, 7 - Lintol treatment amended where noted on drawings: RSJ detail changed in favour of homogenous brickwork, & window lintol treatment amended as noted, |
