Remove part of a stud wall in current bathroom and make smaller area to create a utility room.Install a new Gas Boiler and flue in newly created utility room. The existing boiler is to be removed and the flue opening in wall to be reused for bathroom extractor. Take down an existing stud wall between bedroom2 and kitchen.This wall is in need of repair, and it is to be rebuilt 1.08m into the current bedroom to make a kitchen.
